I'll keep this short and simple. Here are 8 blog hops, meaning 8 lists on different blogs where you can add your URL. It's not mandatory to do anything in order to add your link. However, I personally recommend following the blogs which host the blog hops, as a thank you to them. And usually if you leave a comment saying that you have followed them, you will get a follow back. I also find that the more active you are in blog hops - the more visitors/followers you'll get. :-)
