Time for my final post of three from my very beautiful and busy weekend in London, England, this April. And my sister and did have a very busy London weekend indeed. I am amazed at how much we managed to see and do during those three days. I am even more amazed, though not surprised, by how many photos I managed to shoot during that time. Lol.
To check out my previous two posts from my weekend in London, go to:
Below are the final photos from my beautiful and busy London weekend, the end.

Fancy macaroons that I treated myself to a box of. Tasted real special!
To sum up my first visit to London I would say that it was a very busy, well planned, beautiful big city adventure that I truly enjoyed to the fullest of my ability. Out of everything I experienced there I would have to say that it was a long time ago since I got so excited as I did when I entered the shopping paradise of Primark. In fact, I would go back to London just to be able to shop at Primark again. In other words, my first visit to the capitol of England will most definitely not be my last. :-)
Next time I will be back with a more local report, a post right here from my sweet home of Sweden. :-)
More photos from my weekend in London, England, this April. I call this one; London Royal. Enjoy! :-)

A few months ago my sister and I traveled to London over a weekend. It was my first visit there, but certainly not my last. London exceeded my expectations. For some reason I had imagined that it would be quite a grey, gloomy and exhaust fume filled city - but no sir!
London was a very vibrant, green and fun filled city. Lots of entertainment, attractions, shopping and restaurants to enjoy. Not to mention all the historical buildings and places to see. But what most surprised me were all the big, green parks everywhere in the city, I had no idea. They sure made London feel fresh and relaxing, despite the intensity of this capitol of England.
Now because I always get so carried away when I take photos I have to divide my report from London into three posts. Hehe. Below are photos from my weekend in London, part one.
Copenhagen To London - Statues And Wax Dolls:
It was my first time flying with EasyJet, which worked out fine. Price worthy.
Boarding. The flight took about two hours.
Arrived in London. Welcome to Hotel Avenue. Lol! It looked so funny with all those hotels next to each other like that.
Hotel Review: The hotel my sister and I stayed at was the Huttons. We had a small, or cozy if you will, clean and fresh room with the immediate necessities. A simple breakfast was included in the price and the hotel had a great location, a five minute walk from the central point of London - Victoria Station. All in all I would give it a solid 3 out of 5 stars.
Preparation - the best tool for a successfull exploration!
Our first stop was Victoria Station. A very busy place indeed.
And a perfect place to buy tickets to one of the different Hop-On-And-Off buses that were available.
We chose the Original Tour Bus.
All we had to do was find one of these and hop on, or off, the bus at any of the tourist hot spots in London.
It was a very easy and fun way to sightseeing and get to around in London at the same time.
Big Ben.
A stunning old clock indeed.
And a clock that we ended up passing quite a few times with those buses. Lol!
i loved those statues! So unusual.
This funny looking building turned out to be quite a treat to visit.
Madame Tussauds!
Time to enter!'
Inside it was all about photo snapping (fake) celebrities. Very fascinating to watch. Lol!
And to participate. Peekaboo! Lol!
I had no idea ET and I could be twins? Lol! ;-)
After all that excitement, pie time. Chicken pie. Tasted alright.
Now I am off to work on my next post from my weekend in London. Have a great Sunday!. :-)
